ABOUT ME
Malo e Lelei, my name is Marie Fonua, born in Auckland, and I am proudly full Tongan, the youngest of six siblings.
My parents migrated to New Zealand in the early 70s, seeking a better future for our family. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, I am a product of their perseverance and success.
In 2024, during my travel sabbatical through Europe, I launched PDCL as I wanted to take charge of my career and saw an opportunity to offer my expertise in Property Development and Asset Management directly.
As a proud Pasefika property professional, I am passionate about leveraging my 20+ years of experience to serve and uplift our communities by showcasing our skills and expertise within this dynamic industry.

Project Overview:
Pasefika Development Consultants (PDCL) were engaged by Central Pacific Collective as a Development Manager. PDCL's role involved working closely with the Director of Community Regeneration, Masterplanning & Design, to assist with the management of their first project ESK 1.1. Construction for this project commenced in November 2024, with the goal of delivering 18 new homes for Pacifica families. The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2026.
